Cancel where you subscribed
Memberships are paid through Google Play or the App Store, so you cancel them there:
- Android (Google Play): open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AnzanPro → Cancel subscription.
- iPhone or iPad (App Store): open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → AnzanPro → Cancel Subscription.
Paying on the website is not switched on yet, so there are no website subscriptions to cancel.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the membership until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my child's progress?
Nothing is deleted when a membership ends. Your child's levels, practice history and certificates stay in your account, and everything is there again if you renew later. Some features, such as Challenges, need an active membership.
Deleting is different
Deleting your AnzanPro account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel in the store first, then see Delete my account and data.
