Why progress can look different on another device
AnzanPro works offline first. Practice is saved on the device straight away and sent to your account in the background when the device is online. Another device picks up the changes the next time it syncs, so there can be a short delay.
What to check
- Same account on both devices? The Kids app and the Tutor app have separate accounts, even with the same email. Check you signed in to the same app with the same Google or Apple account.
- Is the device that did the practice online? Its results are sent only once it has a connection. Open the app on that device while it is online.
- Open the app on the other device. It syncs when it starts and while it is open.
- Is the child selected? Progress is saved per child. Check the right child is selected.
Still missing?
Email support@anzanpro.com with the email you sign in with, the child's first name, roughly when the practice happened, and which devices you use (for example "Android phone and iPad"). Please don't send passwords or PINs.
