يؤدّي حذف حسابك إلى إزالة ملفك الشخصي وبيانات التعلّم بعد مهلة مدّتها 30 يومًا. سجّل الدخول أولًا كي نتحقّق من أنك أنت فعلًا.
حذف الحساب ذاتي الخدمة: سجّل الدخول بحساب Google الذي تستخدمه مع AnzanPro، وستظهر لك شاشة تأكيد توضّح بالضبط ما الذي يُمحى، وما الذي يُحتفظ به لأسباب قانونية، وكيف تعمل مهلة الـ 30 يومًا.
سجّل الدخول لحذف حسابيIn the AnzanPro Student app, open More (parent PIN) → Manage Child → pick the child → Delete Account. That child's profile, practice history, progress, settings, consent record and handwriting samples are erased; tutor links are removed. Your parent account and your other children stay. Purchase records are kept as tax law requires, with no link to the child.
