Refund Policy

1. Refunds follow where you paid

2. Bought on Google Play (Android)

• Open Google Play order history, find the AnzanPro purchase and choose Request a refund. Google decides under its refund policy.
• If Google says no, or it is past Google's window, email support@anzanpro.com with the order number (it starts with GPA.). We review every request and can refund through Google Play ourselves.
• Automatic refund if something goes wrong. The app only completes a Google Play purchase after our server has confirmed it and switched on what you bought. If that never happens (for example the purchase could not be verified), the purchase stays unconfirmed and Google refunds it automatically within 3 days. You do not need to do anything.

3. Bought on the App Store (iPhone, iPad)

• Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose the AnzanPro purchase and request a refund. Apple decides every App Store refund; we cannot issue them.
• If something did not work after you paid, email support@anzanpro.com and we will fix it or help with the Apple request.

5. What happens after a refund

• We check for store refunds several times a day. When one comes through, the refunded membership or exam access ends.
• Your child’s progress, certificates already earned and settings are kept. Nothing is deleted because of a refund.
• A refund is not the same as cancelling. To stop a subscription renewing, cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) or on your iPhone (Settings, your name, Subscriptions).
• Deleting your AnzanPro account does not cancel a store subscription either. Cancel it in the store first.

6. Challenge credits

• Children earn credits by practising in the Kids app and use them to enter Challenges.
• Credits cannot be bought today. They have no money value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the app, and are not refundable.
• A challenge takes its entry only when it starts. If a lobby is cancelled or not enough players join, nobody is charged; if a started challenge is cancelled, the entry is given back.
• A refund of a membership does not add or remove credits.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law of your country. If the law gives you a right to a refund, you have it.
