계정 삭제는 직접 진행하실 수 있어요. AnzanPro에서 쓰시는 Google 계정으로 로그인하면, 무엇이 지워지고 무엇이 법적 이유로 보관되는지, 30일 유예 기간이 어떻게 작동하는지 안내하는 확인 화면이 나옵니다.
로그인하고 계정 삭제하기In the AnzanPro Student app, open More (parent PIN) → Manage Child → pick the child → Delete Account. That child's profile, practice history, progress, settings, consent record and handwriting samples are erased; tutor links are removed. Your parent account and your other children stay. Purchase records are kept as tax law requires, with no link to the child.
로그인 수단을 더 이상 쓸 수 없다면, 등록된 주소에서 제목을 Account deletion request로 하여 support@anzanpro.com 앞으로 메일을 보내주세요. 신원을 확인한 뒤 수동으로 처리해 드립니다.
