We use strictly necessary cookies, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies you control. Advertising cookies are used only with your permission, only on our public pages, and never on pages about a child.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. AnzanPro sets a small number of cookies that are essential for the platform to function correctly, plus two optional categories that stay off until you choose them on the cookie banner: Analytics (how the site is used) and Advertising (measuring our Google Ads and showing our ads to people who visited). Advertising cookies are used only with the visitor's permission — a parent, tutor or school visiting our public pages — and never on a page about a child.
| Name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| __ap_at | Strictly Necessary | 1 hour | Access token — authenticates your session on every request. HttpOnly, cannot be read by JavaScript. |
| __ap_rt | Strictly Necessary | 30 days | Refresh token — used to silently renew your access token without requiring re-login. HttpOnly. |
| __ap_sid | Strictly Necessary | 30 days | Session ID — allows you to revoke a specific login session from your account settings. HttpOnly. |
| __ap_restore | Strictly Necessary | 15 minutes | Set only when you sign in to an account that is waiting to be deleted, so you can choose to restore it. HttpOnly. |
| __ap_renew_try | Strictly Necessary | 60 seconds | Counts attempts to renew an expired sign-in, so a failing renewal stops instead of looping. HttpOnly. |
| __ap_persona | Functional | 1 year | Remembers which app account (parent, tutor or centre owner) you last signed in as, so the sign-in page can pre-select it. Holds only that word. |
| __ap_created | Functional | 5 minutes | Shows a one-time welcome message after a new account is created. Holds only the account type. |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Functional | 1 year | Remembers the language you chose for this website. |
| __ap_country | Functional | 1 hour | Stores your detected country code (from Cloudflare IP data) to serve localised content. Not HttpOnly — readable by the UI for country-switching. |
| anzanpro-cookie-consent | Strictly Necessary | Persistent (localStorage) | Remembers your choice for each optional category (Analytics, Advertising) on the cookie banner. Stored in browser localStorage; your choice is also recorded on our server as proof of consent. |
| ph_* | Analytics | Up to 1 year | PostHog website analytics. Set only after you allow Analytics on the cookie banner; removed from use when you withdraw consent. |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Up to 2 years | Google Analytics 4 website statistics (a random visitor id and session state). Set only after you allow Analytics on the cookie banner; collection stops as soon as you withdraw consent. |
| _gcl_au | Advertising | 90 days | Google Ads conversion linker (first-party, anzanpro.com): lets Google Ads count a visit or sign-up that came from one of our ads. Set only if you allow Advertising, only on our public pages. |
| _gcl_aw, _gcl_gb, _gcl_dc | Advertising | 90 days | Google Ads click identifiers (first-party): remember which of our ads you clicked to reach us, for conversion measurement. Set only if you allow Advertising, only on our public pages. |
| IDE, DSID | Advertising | Up to 13 months | Google Ads / DoubleClick (third-party, doubleclick.net): measures our ads and lets us show our ads to people who visited this website (remarketing). Set only if you allow Advertising, only on our public pages. |
| test_cookie | Advertising | 15 minutes | Google Ads / DoubleClick (third-party, doubleclick.net): checks whether your browser accepts the cookies above. Set only if you allow Advertising. |
| anzanpro-theme | Functional | Persistent (localStorage) | Stores your dark/light/system theme preference. Stored in browser localStorage, not transmitted to our servers. |
On this website we do not use Meta Pixel or any advertising network other than Google Ads, and we show no ads. (The mobile apps are covered by our Privacy Policy; they contain no ads and no advertising cookies.) Every service below is off until you allow its category:
ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals; without it they stay denied and the Google Ads servers cannot be reached from our pages. How Google uses advertising cookies.Nothing optional loads before you choose. Reject all is as easy as Accept all, and Customise lets you allow one category and not the other. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. Our CDN (Cloudflare) may log request metadata for security purposes — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Even if you allowed Advertising, these pages never load Google Ads and cannot reach its servers, because they are about a child or a child's account (in every language version of the site):
/dashboard — Signed-in dashboards (parent/family, student, tutor, academy, org, admin, billing) show children’s profiles, progress and results./delete-account — Account and child-data deletion requests./auth — Sign-in, OAuth callback and the account-restore screen (/auth/error) for accounts pending deletion./certificates/verify — Certificate verification shows a named child’s certificate and result./challenge — QR landing page for a child’s challenge lobby (scanned from the Kids app)./qr — QR landing page for app QR tokens (child sharing / linking)./checkout — Post-purchase page for a child’s membership (signed-in account page).Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in — disabling them will affect core functionality (you will not be able to stay logged in). Analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you allow them on the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time via Cookie Preferences below — collection stops at once. You can clear all AnzanPro cookies via your browser settings at any time.
